Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and the Requiem project team regarding your access to and use of the Requiem terminal, documentation, sites, APIs, and any related features (collectively the Service). By using the Service you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and that you accept these Terms.

1. What the Service is

Requiem is a research and analytics interface focused on Solana token launches and migrations. It detects migrations from supported launch platforms, aggregates public on-chain data and selected off-chain signals, and renders analysis in real time. Requiem does not provide brokerage, custody, matching, settlement, or execution. Requiem never takes possession of your private keys and cannot move digital assets on your behalf.

2. Beta status

Parts of the Service may be offered as a private or public beta. Beta features can change, break, or be removed at any time. You understand that pre-release features may contain defects that can cause interruptions, incorrect output, or data loss. Use is at your own risk.

3. Eligibility and responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for your wallets, keys, devices, and network security.
  • You must comply with the laws that apply to you and you must not use the Service where it is prohibited.
  • You must not attempt to disable or circumvent access controls, rate limits, or monitoring.
  • You must not use the Service to engage in fraud, market manipulation, or any unlawful activity.

4. Accounts

If the Service allows account creation you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or harms the Service or its users.

5. No investment advice

All information presented by the Service is for general informational and educational purposes only and is not investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on the Service is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee of any asset or strategy. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Do your own research.

6. Content and IP

The Service, its UI, documentation, and underlying software are owned by their respective rights holders. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for personal or internal research. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the Service or its outputs except as permitted by applicable law or an express written license. Third-party marks and data remain the property of their owners.

7. Third-party services

The Service may link to or interoperate with third-party tools, sites, APIs, RPC providers, or analytics. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party’s terms and privacy policy, and we do not control or assume responsibility for them.

8. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms at any time. If we materially change the Terms we will post an updated version here. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

9. Acceptable use

  • No automated scraping beyond documented endpoints.
  • No attempts to overload, disrupt, or degrade the Service.
  • No uploading of malicious code or content that violates the rights of others.
  • No impersonation or misrepresentation of affiliation.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranty about accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, or fitness for a purpose. On-chain data and third-party APIs can change without notice and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Digital assets and smart contracts carry risk including loss of principal and total loss.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the project team and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Service. In all cases, aggregate liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the project team and its contributors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Contact
