Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what we collect when you use the Requiem terminal and documentation sites, how we use that information, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Public blockchain data. Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, program IDs, token accounts, and other public Solana data that are necessary to provide analytics. This information is already public on the blockchain.

Usage and device data. Basic telemetry about how you interact with the interface such as pages viewed, UI actions, timestamps, and approximate technical attributes provided by your browser. We use this to keep the Service reliable and to improve performance.

Network identifiers. Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses and related metadata to serve content, provide DDoS protection, and generate logs. For example, Cloudflare and similar providers describe use of IP addresses in their privacy notices.

Optional analytics. If enabled, web analytics may record event data to help us understand feature usage. Modern analytics systems describe reduced reliance on IP addresses and event-based measurement.

Contact information you provide. If you email us or submit a request, we process the information you choose to share so we can respond.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, secure, and maintain the Service, including real-time token detection and holder analysis.
  • Research, test, and improve features such as the Analysis Panel and Wallet Intelligence.
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, outages, or security events.
  • Communicate with you about the Service and respond to requests.

3. What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal contact information.
  • We do not custody private keys and cannot access your wallets.
  • We do not execute or route trades.

4. Cookies and local storage

We may use cookies or local storage to keep lightweight preferences such as interface settings, dismissed tips, or session indicators. You can control cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

5. Third parties

We rely on reputable infrastructure and analytics providers to operate a fast and secure site. Those providers process limited data under their own policies.

6. Data minimization and retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the Service, troubleshoot issues, satisfy security and anti-abuse requirements, or meet recordkeeping needs. Public blockchain data may be stored or indexed indefinitely because it is part of the historical record on Solana.

7. Your choices

  • You can choose not to use optional analytics or block non-essential cookies in your browser.
  • You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided directly to us.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy as the Service evolves. When we post changes we will update the effective date at the top of the page. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Policy.

10. Contact

If you have questions about privacy or wish to exercise a data request, email privacy@requiem.tools.
